That's certainly a tough one, I think I would have to give both those albums a relisten before deciding. They are both close to the top on my favs list.

I recall Gary and I disagreeing on this first time around......Dream Evil has great songs but I think the sound is a bit weak, which I put down the the guitar tone.....KTD for me is a better album overall but having said that I love both of them.

This is from one of my own polls on the forum, the question was- Which of the following would you like Dio to work with?

I guess the question 6 years on from that poll is there any other artist you would have liked to see RJD work with.
I voted for Schenker at the time Cool
Strange no one voted for John Sykes becoz could have been him instead of Mr Campbell.
RJD was sent tapes of him as well.

I had hoped he would work with Zakk Wylde when Ozzy dumped him for Gus G

I would have to say Steve Morse, although technically they did work together on the Concerto tour. And didn't Yngwie do Dream On with Dio?

Magica, Killing the Dragon or Master Of The Moon
Which is the best from the newest DIO cds this was poll by Drain you

Back then, I never said who I voted for but between the 3, I guess it would have to be Magica, then Master of the Moon a close second Smile

Killing the Dragon then Master of the Moon for me. I like concept albums a lot, but I have to admit Magica was a bit confusing for me. It's still a great album though. Killing the Dragon is right up with the classic albums for me. There are some killer tracks on Master, but I do remember there being a few I didn't care for. I probably need to give it another listen.
